The mango salad has a very nice spice. The sweet mangos are a very nice combination with the dressing, and the pickled carrots. I don't like pickled things, but the carrots worked quite well in this salad. The nuts also created a nice flavor combination.
This was probably the spiciest thing I have ever eaten. It came with a little red hot pepper, which I chopped up and mixed into the dish, and WOW was it ever spicy! I didn't think the fat rice noodles were the right noodle choice for this dish, although overall the amount of spice made it quite the flavor experience. I was also disappointed with the amount of vegetables and chicken - I thought there could have been a few more. The picture makes the amount of chicken/veggies look plentiful, but they're all on top of the noodle bed.
This wasn't actually something we tried, but the pyramid of rice looked very neat, so it's being displayed here anyway. The member of our group that ordered this dish said there was a noticeable amount of real ginger.
